Because most of the patients no longer work, the Foundation is trying to establish ways of enabling them start some income generating activities. There is a Financial Consultant who offers this service. He helps them with book keeping, advice on the market products and pricing, and how best to go about starting a business.

Each member's skill and interest in a particular field is put into account as they are counselled on starting a business.

Viability is a must. The business must be viable. The Financial Consultant has the last say.

As the Foundation grows we hope to be able to give start up loans which will revolve. However the loans will not be given to individuals but to groups of 5 who want to embark on a similar project.

The Foundation also hopes to partner with establishments which promote small scale entrepreneurs to assist the members grow economically.
